A regional private bank had no online offering for their top tier clients.

Their top clients were demanding online functions such as a client portfolio view and valuation, extensive research, transactions and financial tools. All of these functions were offered by their competitors and the needed to build a system that could compete in this market.

Project

This project was to design and implement a web based wealth management platform branded specifically for the Private Bank. Access to research, client portfolio, research and transactional functions were imperative.

Result 

The Private Bank was able to offer their clients a competitive, professional offering that was linked to a major marketing initiative. This resulted in a reduction of 30% in client servicing costs and increase in funds under administration of 20%.
