Define a technology strategy to facilitate the business strategy and to allow an open, easily integrated architecture to many different front and back-end systems. Defined detailed business requirements and priorities. Defined the preferred business and technical architecture for the platform. Negotiated with preferred partners and vendors.

Result

A well designed open architecture that allowed a web-based wealth management system to offer a wide variety of financial products to investors and fund managers. The system was designed to be re-branded to the client's requirements and integrated into any of their legacy back-end systems.
