A financial technology company had developed a new web platform and needed build an implementation team to service large customers.

The company had existing products but these were based on inferior technology and they did not have the expertise to implement and support the new software releases.

Project

The company needed to recruit  a number of experienced resources and train them to be experts in the new platform and to work closely with the client and the development team to provide timely and efficient implementations to large financial institutions.

Result 

A team of twenty highly skilled analysts, developers, architects and support staff was put together over three months. The team successfully implemented fifteen multi million dollar implementations in 2 years. This resulted in revenues of $ 7 million in software and services.
